Responsibility
- Act as a strategic HR partner to regional business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including culture-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct regular HR analytics and reporting to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Manage regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of HRBP or generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or multinational capacity.
- Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices across Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with data analytics tools is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
