As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibility
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
- Oversee staff movement, transfers, and contract renewals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Administer employee benefits, including leave management, insurance, and other entitlements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local laws.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with government agencies and external partners for work permits, visas, and other legal requirements.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, particularly regarding foreign workers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
