Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all regional facilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with local/industry standards.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Oversee scheduled inspections, predictive maintenance programs, and rapid response to emergencies to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Budget & Resource Optimization: Manage maintenance budgets, vendor contracts, and inventory of spare parts/tools, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, local regulations, and company safety protocols, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with property managers, engineers, and external contractors to coordinate projects, upgrades, and renovations.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Implement eco-friendly practices, energy-efficient systems, and waste-reduction programs to support environmental goals.
- Reporting & KPIs: Track and report on maintenance metrics (e.g., response times, resolution rates, cost savings) to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in maintenance management, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role (hospitality, commercial, or industrial sectors preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and mechanical systems, with hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance in high-pressure environments.
- Certifications: Relevant licenses (e.g., electrical, mechanical) or certifications in facility management (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Project Management: Experience overseeing capital improvement projects, from planning to execution, within budget and timeline constraints.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and tools like AutoCAD or BIM for facility planning.
- Language & Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
