Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality workmanship.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of property assets.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment, identifying and addressing repair needs proactively.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, renovations, and installations while negotiating cost-effective solutions.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards across all facilities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions under pressure.
- Collaborate with property management to plan and execute upgrades or expansions that enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in facilities maintenance, property management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and mentor staff.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and a guest-first mindset.
