Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the regional agency partnerships team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our agency network and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop integrated solutions for our partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our brand visibility and credibility.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships in the advertising or digital media industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
