Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution across Bali and key markets.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of goods.
- Optimize inventory levels using demand forecasting and data analytics to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline operations.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, lead times, cost savings) and present performance reports to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional projects to support market expansion, including new facility setups and compliance with local regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with customs, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement, with at least 2 years in a regional or managerial role.
- Proven track record in vendor management, inventory optimization, and process improvement within manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs clearance, and international shipping is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia and relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
