Responsibility
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in excellent condition and returned to management as requested.
- Monitor and track the usage of tools and equipment to prevent loss or damage.
- Assist in daily production activities, including machine operation, assembly, and quality checks.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisory team promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve productivity.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and participate in safety training programs.
- Support inventory management by logging tool usage and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment.
- Basic understanding of tool and equipment maintenance practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
- Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a hazard-free workplace.
- Basic proficiency in reading and understanding SOPs and technical documents.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights or weekends if required.
