Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet specified standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and resource utilization.
- Generate reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with management to forecast production needs and align strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
