Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring accurate labeling and easy accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (if applicable).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or excesses.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as needed.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift operation certification is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
