Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure data integrity.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and quality checks.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance metrics.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to optimize stock levels and reduce discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards in all warehouse activities.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in cycle counting, physical inventories, and audits to maintain accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg (as needed).
