As a Warehouse Executive, you will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, leveraging Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Your role will be critical in maintaining high standards of inventory control, order processing, and team coordination. Responsibility
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by coordinating with the logistics and sales teams.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels using WMS, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to company policies and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory turnover, and operational metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage warehouse staff effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
