Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Lead Pilot Run phases, ensuring smooth transition to Mass Production with minimal disruptions.
- Analyze production data to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold product standards and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacturing principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
