Responsibility
- Strategic Inventory Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value hotel partnerships to expand our portfolio in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel chains, boutique properties, and industry leaders to drive mutual growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team to achieve KPIs and exceed revenue targets.
- AI & Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize AI tools to analyze market trends, forecast demand, and optimize pricing strategies for maximum profitability.
- Market Expansion: Spearhead initiatives to enter new markets, assess competitive landscapes, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on regional performance metrics, implementing data-backed strategies to improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align inventory acquisition with customer demand and platform capabilities.
- Innovation & Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows, leveraging automation and AI to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a regional director or senior leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the travel, tourism, or hotel industry, with a track record of successful partnership acquisitions.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to close high-stakes deals and manage complex contracts with hotels and vendors.
- AI & Tech Savviness: Experience with AI-driven analytics, CRM systems, or revenue management tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce, or proprietary platforms).
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop actionable business strategies.
- Team Builder: Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent in English (required) and Indonesian (preferred), with outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills.
