Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project execution for regional customer projects, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and delivery.
- Manage Capex and Opex projects with varying complexity, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to optimize resource allocation and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) tailored to client needs.
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance of projects, reporting insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Schneider Electric standards in all project phases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects with cross-regional stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA) and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage teams and client expectations.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with energy management, automation, or sustainability solutions (Schneider Electric products a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with occasional regional travel.
