Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP and local Indonesian accounting standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including consolidation of regional financial data.
- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address any findings or recommendations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage tax compliance and reporting requirements for regional operations, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a regional or multinational controller role.
- Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and local Indonesian accounting standards, with experience in financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Proven track record of managing audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings in a cross-border environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams.
