We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Development & Operations Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, and drive revenue in this high-potential market. Based in the vibrant hub of Bali, Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our regional strategy, fostering key partnerships, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a regional business development strategy to expand Clarks’ market share in SEA, identifying new opportunities for growth and revenue.
  • Lead end-to-end operational management, including supply chain, logistics, and retail operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for the SEA region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to align regional goals with global business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, trade policies, and Clarks’ corporate standards across all operations.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development, operations management, or regional leadership within the retail, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional SEA languages are a plus).
  • Experience in supply chain optimization, retail operations, or e-commerce strategy is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the SEA region as required.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset and a passion for the fashion/retail industry.
