Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s market share in global mobility and relocation services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, relocation partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of relocation services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to position the company as a market leader.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the relocation or global mobility industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
