Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company’s market presence in Bali and surrounding regions for automotive products (tyres, rims, batteries, etc.).
  • Identify, engage, and secure new clients, including distributors, retailers, workshops, and OEMs, to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches tailored to the regional market.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry innovations and regulatory changes to position the company as a market leader.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the automotive industry (tyres, rims, batteries, or related products).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket and supply chain dynamics in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
