Based in the vibrant regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung), you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. With a competitive salary range of $4,600 – $6,800 per month, this position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with regional travel requirements.

Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agrochemical sector across the Asia-Pacific market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s portfolio.
- Travel regionally as required to meet clients and explore new markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the agrochemical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of agrochemical products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to travel regionally (40-60%) as part of the role.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
