Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and exceed revenue targets.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement action plans to improve store performance and profitability.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional in-store experiences by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Optimize stock levels, visualize merchandising layouts, and collaborate with supply chain teams to meet demand.
- Compliance & Standards: Enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices across all locations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and corporate teams to align regional strategies with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store or regional leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing P&L, and improving operational efficiency.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and using retail management software (e.g., POS, ERP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic market and lead change initiatives effectively.
