Responsibility
- Branch Oversight: Manage and lead 4–6 branches, ensuring alignment with company policies, operational standards, and financial goals.
- Performance Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Financial Control: Monitor budget adherence, expense management, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all branches adhere to regulatory requirements, internal audits, and risk mitigation protocols.
- Client Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with key clients, stakeholders, and community leaders to drive business growth.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, leverage technology, and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align regional objectives with corporate vision and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in banking, financial services, or branch management, with at least 2 years in a multi-branch leadership role.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards (or willingness to adapt).
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in KPI tracking, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
