Responsibility
- Review and validate insurance policy submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Process and update policy records in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and clients to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain detailed documentation of policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Analyze policy data to identify trends, risks, or areas for process improvement.
- Ensure timely processing of policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing policy-related inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and audits related to policy processing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance policy administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in insurance (e.g., CPCU, ARM) is a plus.
