Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations across all locations.
- Drive customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and implementing service improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Strong P&L management and financial acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of hospitality operations, including inventory, cost control, and staff scheduling.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations in Bali.
