Responsibility
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Deliver dishes and drinks with precision and presentation, ensuring alignment with our brand’s standards.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings to offer expert recommendations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and timely delivery.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including table setup, reset, and maintenance.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in service, presentation, and guest preferences.
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and gourmet cuisine is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
