Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple bakery and retail branches, ensuring adherence to brand standards, quality, and service excellence.
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales targets, inventory turnover, customer satisfaction) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and train store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture and operational consistency.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with HQ on product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns tailored to local market trends.
- Manage budget allocations, cost control, and resource optimization for assigned locations.
- Resolve escalated customer or operational issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-unit retail or F&B management, preferably in bakery or QSR sectors.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency in a regional role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams across diverse locations.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making (e.g., sales reports, P&L analysis).
- Familiarity with local market dynamics in Bali and ability to adapt strategies to cultural preferences.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (valid driverās license is a plus).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
