Responsibility
- Oversee and manage retail operations across multiple store locations in North Mindanao.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of store managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain) to align regional strategies with company goals.
- Optimize inventory management, merchandising, and promotional activities to enhance profitability.
- Represent the company in regional meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a regional or area leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business performance and implement solutions.
- Proficiency in retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the North Mindanao region as needed.
- Knowledge of the local market, consumer behavior, and retail trends is a plus.
