Responsibility
- Manage and process customer quotations, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company pricing strategies.
- Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Warehouse) to align operations with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management (Senior Executive level may require 5+ years).
- Proven track record in quotation management, delivery scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or supply chain software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail or consumer products industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
