Responsibility
- Promote and sell the latest smartphone models to customers in premium retail locations across Bali
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical explanations to potential buyers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with retail partners to optimize product placement and promotional activities
- Generate daily sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends
- Participate in brand activation events and product launch activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or smartphones
- Strong passion for technology and familiarity with current smartphone trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic technical knowledge of smartphone features and specifications
- Experience working in fast-paced retail environments is a plus
