Responsibility
- Drive sales of Yankee Candle products by engaging customers and demonstrating product benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company and retail partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Yankee Candle’s product range, promotions, and brand values.
- Set up and manage product displays, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize product placement and promotional strategies.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Participate in training sessions and brand events to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or promotional roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about luxury home fragrance products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a plus.
- Passion for sales, branding, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
