Responsibility
- Complete structured training modules in store operations, sales techniques, and inventory management
- Assist in daily store management, including staff scheduling, cash handling, and customer service
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead team meetings and training sessions for junior staff
- Implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising strategies
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction ratings
- Collaborate with regional managers on inventory forecasting and supply chain coordination
- Develop budget proposals and cost-control initiatives for assigned departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong leadership potential with prior teamwork or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia a plus)
- Analytical mindset with basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
