Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products, including PCs, laptops, and accessories.
- Build and configure custom PCs based on customer requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations and promotions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tech trends, products, and pricing.
- Handle cash transactions, inventory management, and store merchandising.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the tech or electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of computers, hardware, and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
