Based in one of Bali’s vibrant business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and support regional activities. Responsibility
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for regional management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage, compile, and reconcile administrative data, including expenses, invoices, and regional activity logs.
- Coordinate with regional teams to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents and records.
- Assist in planning and logistics for regional meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to support regional operations.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and documentation flow.
- Support the implementation of administrative processes and tools to improve efficiency across regional offices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative support, office management, or regional coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regional team environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or administrative software is a plus.
