Responsibility
- Drive timely and efficient admissions for elderly care services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Optimize workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze admission trends and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to streamline referral processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
