Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to expand the company’s portfolio in key industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Monitor team performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine recruitment processes and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on best practices in sales and recruitment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, revenue growth, and market opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in HR or staffing).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and candidates effectively.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize team performance.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (remote or hybrid options may be considered for the right candidate).
