Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment events, including job fairs, career webinars, and networking sessions.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate tracking systems (ATS) with accurate, real-time data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding through compelling job postings and social media content.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including offer letter preparation and new hire documentation.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects, such as talent mapping and workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
