Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute manpower planning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts with fairness and professionalism.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Drive talent development programs, including training, performance management, and career progression frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume recruitment setting.
