Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Partner with senior management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all branches.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multi-branch or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
