Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, for regional roles across SM Supermallsâ Bali locations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards (LinkedIn, JobStreet), social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct screening interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate and extend job offers, while managing candidate expectations and counteroffers.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Promote SM Supermallsâ employer brand through career fairs, campus recruitment, and digital campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles (retail/mall industry is a plus).
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior-level positions.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or recruitment are an advantage.
