Responsibility

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in both English and Mandarin.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Support workplace diversity and inclusion efforts, fostering a positive company culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficient in English; additional Indonesian language skills are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a multinational or multicultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across cultures.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Passion for employee development and creating a positive work environment.
