Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end client operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., fill rates, time-to-hire) to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Develop and implement operational best practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, including contract negotiations, SLA agreements, and service customization.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to upsell services and expand client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and workforce solutions to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, client operations, or workforce management (agency experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and ATS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements is preferred.
