Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to Akari Lighting’s business objectives.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate journey.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to assess performance and optimize processes.
- Foster employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent in competitive markets.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the recruitment team to enhance skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all hiring activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship and development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
