Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and labor laws to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia (a plus).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
