Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and performance management systems.
- Handle administrative operations, including office management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance within a multinational or diverse workforce.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (preferred) or adaptability to local requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative functions, including budgeting, procurement, and office logistics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
