Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple industries and job levels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
