We offer a competitive salary range of ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month, along with the flexibility of a project-based contract. Responsibility
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
