As a Recruitment Specialist (Night Shift), you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and resume screening to identify top talent.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring workflows and track candidate progress.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in HR.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job boards, and social media for recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience with night shift schedules and flexibility to adapt to different time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Certifications in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or CIPD) are advantageous but not required.
