Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from offer negotiation to onboarding.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company recruitment policies.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience using ATS, job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet), and social media for sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Night shift availability (aligned with Spanish business hours).
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
