Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Oversee HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping in compliance with local labor laws.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as office management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance to ensure a seamless work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational growth.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, training programs, and performance management.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Liaise with external partners, such as insurance providers, legal advisors, and government agencies, to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a strong understanding of payroll and HR operations.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is essential for this role.
- Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and payroll systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
