Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple locations in Bali.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the region.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring practices.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a competitive job market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
