Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company objectives and local labor regulations.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across multiple business units.
- Drive employee engagement programs, including training, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures in collaboration with finance teams.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the company’s values and mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing HR operations for multiple business units or in a multi-location setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; familiarity with digital HR tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
